Clinical Expertise

Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I'm Tiffany Cobb, Founder and Lead Instructor of MedPulse Healthcare.

My passion for healthcare began with a desire to serve others through education, compassion, and clinical excellence. As an American Red Cross Certified CPR, AED, First Aid, and BLS Instructor and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) student, I am committed to equipping individuals with the lifesaving knowledge and confidence to act when every second counts.

My professional journey is centered on becoming a Registered Nurse and ultimately a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), one of the highest levels of advanced nursing practice. That commitment to excellence is reflected in every class I teach.

Whether you're a healthcare professional, nursing student, educator, childcare provider, business, or a member of the community, my goal is to deliver engaging, hands-on training that is practical, evidence-based, and empowering. At MedPulse Healthcare, you're not just earning a certification—you are gaining the skills and confidence to make a lifesaving difference.

Your Pulse. Our Purpose.

Rate of Delivery

Adult chest compressions must be at least two inches deep to effectively pump oxygenated blood to the brain and vital organs.

Using an automated external defibrillator within the first three minutes of collapse increases survival chances by over seventy percent.

Compressions should be delivered at a rate of one hundred to one hundred and twenty beats per minute, matching the tempo of Stayin' Alive.
